摘要
介绍了目前乙二醇溶液脱盐工艺应用现状和脱盐原理,总结了常规脱盐工艺和离子交换法脱盐工艺的优缺点及研究进展。与乙二醇溶液常规脱盐工艺相比,离子交换法脱盐工艺是乙二醇溶液脱盐工艺研究与应用的新方向。在今后的研究中,应对乙二醇吸附脱盐的热力学与动力学、研制适合乙二醇脱盐体系的离子交换树脂、解决凝析油对离子交换树脂带来的污染问题等方面进行研究。
The application status and desalination principle of the monoethylene glycol solution desalination process was introduced.The advantages,disadvantages and research progress of the conventional desalination process and the ion exchange desalination process were summarized.Compared with the conventional desalination process,the ion exchange desalination process was supposed to be the new trend of research and application on monoethylene glycol solution desalination.In the future research,the following aspects should be studied,including the thermodynamics and kinetics,the development of ion exchange resins suitable for monoethylene glycol desalination systems,and solve the problem of pollution caused by condensate on ion exchange resin.
