摘要
种植体植入后不可避免地会引发免疫炎症反应,其发生、发展和转归对骨结合的形成至关重要。巨噬细胞作为固有免疫的重要组成部分,其可塑性使其在免疫调节及组织修复与再生中发挥重要的作用。由于骨免疫学的兴起和生物材料的发展,现在的观点认为可以通过生物材料的修饰达到调节巨噬细胞生物学行为的效果,以利于调节免疫反应,促进骨结合及组织再生。本文主要综述巨噬细胞在种植体植入后免疫反应中的作用及生物材料特性对巨噬细胞生物学行为的影响,进一步理解构建具有免疫调节作用的生物材料的可能性,为种植体的发展及提高种植体的临床应用提供新的方法和设计思路。
Immuno-inflammatory reaction is inevitable after implantation. Its origin, development and outcome are critical to the osseointegration. Macrophages, as an important part of innate immunity, has high plasticity and play an important role in immune regulation, tissue repair and regeneration. Due to the rise of osteoimmunology and the development of biomaterials, it is now believed that the modification of biomaterials could achieve the purpose of regulating the biological behavior of macrophages, as to facilitate the regulation of immune response and promote osseointegration and tissue regeneration. This article mainly reviews the role of macrophages in the immune response after implantation and the influence of biomaterials characteristics on the biological behavior of macrophages, further understands the possibility of developing the immunoregulatory biological materials, provides new method and design cues for the development of implant and improvement of clinical application.
