抗衰老酶蛋白SIRT6与炎症反应在慢性疾病中研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抗衰老酶蛋白SIRT6是沉默配型信息调节蛋白家族中烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD^+)依赖的一种组蛋白,具有抗衰老和调控炎症反应的作用。然而,SIRT6作为炎症反应关键调控蛋白,在调控全身系统慢性疾病及口腔颌骨相关炎症反应方面的具体机制尚不清楚。本文对SIRT6蛋白在慢性炎症反应发生的调控作用进行综述,为SIRT6蛋白是否能作为治疗口腔慢性疾病中炎症反应的靶向分子提供参考。 Anti-aging enzyme SIRT6 is a histone dependent on nicotinamide adenine dinuclide(NAD^+) in the silent match information regulatory protein family, which plays a role in anti-aging and regulating inflammatory response. However, as a key regulatory protein of inflammatory response, the specific mechanism of SIRT6 in regulating the inflammatory response of systemic system and chronic diseases on jaw bone remains unclear. This paper reviews recent literature about regulatory role of SIRT6 protein in chronic inflammation, so as to provide theoretical basis for whether SIRT6 protein can be used as a target for treatment of inflammatory reactions in chronic oral diseases.
