摘要
对垂直制芯的曲轴箱芯冷芯盒直接从型腔顶面中心部位三乙胺进气与型腔顶面中心部位附加芯盒的侧面通到坭芯底部同时进气产生的固化时间及砂芯质量进行了详细的分析比较。附加芯盒的侧面通气的优点完全满足铸造企业的固化时间必须控制在30秒内的技术要求,特别是气温低于零下5℃的地区,满足企业预定的生产节拍和大批量自动化生产发动机机体铸件的技术要求。此工艺提升了产品的质量和尺寸精度。
The core solidification time and quality of the sand core for vertical core-making crankcase cold core box have been analyzed and compared in details under two situations including triethylamine inletting from the center of the top surface of the cavity and directly from side of additional core box bear center until bottom.The side ventilation of the additional core box fully meets the technical requirements of the foundry's solidification time must be controlled within 30 seconds,especially in areas where the temperature is below 5℃,which meets the company's scheduled production cycle and technical requirements of mass production of engine body castings.This process improves the quality and dimensional accuracy of the product.
