摘要
介绍了热固性酚醛树脂在铸造3D打印砂型中的应用。热固性酚醛树脂作为粘接剂铸造3D打印砂型无法直接使用,需要加热固化后才能成形。采用微波固化设备可以实现工作箱内砂型加热固化,其优点是效率高、速度快、能耗低,生产的砂型强度高且固化均匀,不会出现局部过烧或未完全固化的问题。
The application of thermosetting phenolic resin in casting 3D printing sand mold has been introduced in the text.The Casting 3D printing sand mold by use of thermosetting phenolic resin as binder can not be used directly,which needs to be heated and solidified before it can be formed.The sand mold in the workbox can be heated and solidified by microwave solidification equipment,which has the advantages of high efficiency,high speed,low energy consumption,high strength and uniform solidification of the sand mold without local overheating or incomplete solidification problems.
