摘要
灰铁铸件附铸试块的性能,不仅与化学成分、孕育处理方式和浇注温度有关,而且与附铸试块在铸件的位置有关。造成同一铸件不同部位性能差异的原因,主要是铸件各个部位壁厚不同,所以冷却条件不同,进而造成试块在各个位置的过冷度不同,导致各个部位珠光体含量的差异。在保证不产生渗碳体的前提下,铸件薄壁处试块的性能要明显高于厚壁处试块的性能。
The performance of the cast iron test block of gray iron castings is not only related to the chemical composition,the inoculation treatment method and the pouring temperature,but also related to the position of the casting block in the casting.The reason for the different performance of different parts of the same casting is mainly because the wall thickness of each part of the casting is different,which causes the cooling conditions are different,and the sub-cooling degree of the test piece at each position is different,resulting in the difference of pearlite content in each part.Under the premise of ensuring no cementite,the performance of the test piece at the thin wall of the casting is significantly higher than that of the test block at the thick wall.
