电力机车轴箱体造型分芯工艺设计

摘要 轴箱体是电力机车转向架上的关键铸钢件,结构特殊,造型组芯复杂。按通常的工艺,制芯、吊芯劳动强度和操作难度大,影响产品质量。通过研究产品结构,进行造型分芯工艺优化设计,将一箱两个轴箱体作为整体考虑定位分芯,并进行砂芯结构优化调整,很好地解决了原有的问题,不仅减轻了劳动强度,降低了操作难度,而且很好地保证了产品质量。 The axle box body is the key steel casting on the bogie of electric locomotive,with special structure and complex core.According to the usual technology,core making and core hanging are labor intensive and difficult to operate,which will affect the quality of products.Through the study of the product structure,the optimization design of the molding and sand-separating process has been carried out.A box of two shaft boxes has been taken as a whole to consider the locating core separation and the core structure has been optimized.The original problems have been solved well,which not only reduces the labor intensity and the difficulty of operation,but also ensures the quality of the product.
