摘要
研究了一种基于WinCC的工业炉群智能监控系统,在WinCC中引入SQL Server数据库技术、WEB技术、网络技术、移动互联网技术、远程控制技术,除了可以完成单台工业炉的实时状态信息监控外,还可对整个炉群的工作状态、运行信息进行监控。并且工业炉群可以通过计算机甚至通过手机、平板电脑等移动终端进行远程监控,系统经现场运行,效果良好,为生产经营管理者提供了巨大方便。
A kind of intelligent control system for industrial furnace group based on WINCC has been studied in the text.The SQL Server database technology,WEB technology,network technology,mobile internet technology and remote control technology have been leaded into WinCC,the real-time status information of single industrial furnace has been monitored,as well as the working status and operation information of the entire furnace group.Moreover,the industrial furnace group can be remotely monitored by a computer or even by a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer.The system is operated on site and has a good effect,which provides great convenience for the production and operation manager.
