摘要
在物联网大数据时代下,为及时反馈广大教职工对工会服务内容、服务方式等方面提出的新的个性与共性的需求,工会理论研究者从互联网+服务平台建设、工会大数据应用、创新创业等角度出发提供了良好的建议和理念;笔者通过前期调研发现高校离退休服务管理工作面临诸多疑惑和难点,亟待提供新思路新方式破解难题。笔者筛选出15项具体指标展开较为广泛而又细致的调查,采用因子分析法力图找出广大离退休职工迫切关心而又急需得到改善的相关服务,深入研究剖析问题内外因,提出科学依据和改善路径,促进整体满意度的提升。
In the era of big data of the Internet of things,in order to timely feedback the new demands of individuality and commonness of the staff and staff on the service content and service mode of the trade union,the theoretical researchers of the trade union provide good Suggestions and ideas from the perspectives of the construction of the Internet+service platform,the application of big data of the trade union,and innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the preliminary investigation,the author found that the retirement service management in colleges and universities is facing many doubts and difficulties,and it is urgent to provide new ideas and methods to solve the problems.The author selects 15 specific indicators to carry out extensive and detailed investigation,and USES factor analysis method to try to find out the relevant services that are urgently concerned by retired workers and in urgent need of improvement,deeply studies and analyzes the internal and external causes of problems,proposes scientific basis and improvement path,and promotes the improvement of overall satisfaction.
