膜片自动供给装置关键部件优化设计

摘要 光学膜片供给是显示器生产线的重要环节,其中悬臂结构在自动化设备上有着不可替代的作用。因为悬臂结构的重要性,对其进行结构设计和优化是必要的。本文设计了一种龙门式自动化设备,对其关键部件悬臂结构进行了静力分析,其应力应变均满足设计要求。为了节省材料和优化结构,采用workbench提供的DesignExploration模块对该悬臂结构进行尺寸优化。优化结果显示:悬臂结构的厚度对总变形和应力最为敏感,且长宽高的最优参数为340.44 mm,宽为330.64 mm,厚度为10.186 mm。为了减轻悬臂结构质量,设定目标为减少20%重量,优化后和优化前相比质量减少21.7%,而应力和变形均在合理范围内。对该悬臂结构的优化设计可为自动生产线的设计和应用提供了借鉴意义。 Optical diaphragm supply is an important part of display production line,in which cantilever structure plays an irreplaceable role in automation equipment.Because of the importance of cantilever structure,it is necessary to design and optimize its structure.In this paper,a gantry type automation equipment is designed,and the cantilever structure of its key components is analyzed.The stress and strain meet the design requirements.In order to save material and optimize structure,the Design Exploration module provided by workbench is used to optimize the cantilever structure.The results show that the thickness of cantilever structure is most sensitive to the total deformation and stress,and the optimal parameters of length,width and height are 340.44 mm,width is 330.64 mm and thickness is 10.186 mm.In order to reduce the mass of the cantilever structure,the goal is to reduce the weight by 20%.After optimization,the mass of the cantilever structure is reduced by 21.7%compared with that before optimization,while the stress and deformation are within a reasonable range.The optimum design of the cantilever structure can provide a reference for the design and application of the automatic production line.
