摘要
分析某电厂600 MW机组容克式三分仓空预器电流异常升高的原因,指出是空预器漏风控制系统中扇形板的接触装置问题导致了扇形板与转子摩擦使空预器电流异常升高。为了避免此类事件的再次发生,制定了相关的处理措施,保证了设备的安全性。
By analyzing the reason for the abnormal increase of current in Junker three-storehouse air preheater of a 600 MW unit in a power plant,it is found that the abnormal increase of current in air preheater is caused by the friction between fanning strip and rotor due to the contact device problem of fanning strip in the air leakage control system of the air preheater.In order to avoid the recurrence of such incidents,relevant treatment measures are formulated to ensure the safety of the equipment.
