金新化工全厂电力系统扩容改造的必要性探讨

摘要 通过对金新化工现有负荷下全厂电力系统容量及运行方式的分析,计算出主变负载率和全厂电力系统运行方式下10 kV系统短路电流,同时根据新增用电负荷,计算出系统负荷容量不足及在不同运行方式下10 kV系统短路电流值,从而提出限流及扩容改造建议措施。通过计算实施限流措施后电力系统发生短路故障时的短路电流,阐述总降站扩容限流改造的必要性。 Through the analysis of the power system capacity and operation mode of Jinxin Chemical Company under the existing load,the load rate of main transformer and the short circuit current of 10 kV system under the operation mode of power system in the whole plant were calculated.According to the newly added electric load,the shortage of system load capacity and the short circuit current value of 10 kV system under different operation modes were calculated,and the suggestions for current limiting and capacity expansion were put forward.By analyzing and calculating the short-circuit current when short-circuit fault occurs in power system after adding current-limiting measures,the necessity of expansion and current-limiting renovation of main descending station was introduced.
