摘要
以与重要厂用水系统主泵共用生产厂房的消防水生产系统管道为研究对象,结合运行工况和现场核查情况,确定检查方案并对管道壁厚减薄原因进行分析。结果表明,消防水生产系统管道部分管段存在区域性减薄且节流孔板下流存在点蚀,而减薄原因为空泡腐蚀和加工工艺存在偏差。最后通过分析减薄原因,提出了合理建议。
In this paper,the fire water production system pipeline of share production plant with main pump of important plant water system was studied.Combining with the operation condition and the field inspection,the inspection scheme was determined and the causes of pipe wall thickness thinning were analyzed and studied.The results showed that there was regional thinning in some pipe sections of fire water production system and pitting corrosion in throttle orifice plate.The thinning reason was judged as cavitation corrosion and deviation of processing technology.Finally,based on the analysis of the reasons for thinning,reasonable work suggestions were put forward.
