摘要
火力发电厂锅炉爆管事故一直是影响电厂安全运行的主要因素之一。通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能试验及显微组织观察等试验手段,对受热面管进行较全面分析。分析得出该爆破管子无材质缺陷,未发生长期超温导致的材质变化,本次爆管原因应为短期超温。
Boiler explosion accidents in thermal power plants have always been one of the main factors affecting the safe operation of power plants.In this paper,the thermal surface tube was analyzed comprehensively by means of macroscopically examination,chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties test and microstructure observation.The analysis showed that the blasting pipe had no material defects and no material changes caused by long-term over temperature.The reason for this explosion pipe should be short-term over temperature.
