社会资本对创业绩效的作用研究——基于资源整合的中介效应分析

The Effect of Social Capital on Entrepreneurship Performance——An Intermediary Effect of Resource Integration

随着经济社会发展和技术的更新换代,创业创新行为扮演了重要角色。社会资本作为创业活动的保障因素,创业绩效作为创业行为效益的测评因子,两者之间呈现何种关系,越来越受到关注。文章在对社会资本、创业绩效、资源整合进行理论分析的基础上,采用随机选择创业者进行访谈调研获得的数据,通过中介效应分析法实证研究了社会资本、资源整合与创业绩效的关系。研究表明,创业者的资源整合能够挖掘社会资本,从而对创业绩效产生积极作用,社会资本与创业绩效之间存在资源整合的中介效应。在不考虑中介效应的前提下,社会资本对创业绩效的直接作用不显著,加入了资源整合的中介变量后,创业者拥有的社会资本越雄厚,越能直接提高创业绩效,并且表现的正向作用非常稳健。

With the development of social economy and the upgrading of technology,entrepreneurial innovation has played an important role. The relationship between social capital,as a safeguard factor of entrepreneurial activity,and entrepreneurial performance,as an evaluation factor of entrepreneurial performance,has attracted more and more attention. Based on the theoretical analysis of social capital,entrepreneurial performance,and resource integration,the relationship among social capital,resource integration and entrepreneurial performance is studied in the paper based on the analysis of intermediary effect analysis with the data obtained through interview research by random selection entrepreneurs. The research shows that the resources integration of entrepreneurs can exploit the social capital and thus have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance. That is,there is an intermediary effect of resource integration between social capital and entrepreneurial performance. Without considering the intermediary effect,the direct effect of social capital on entrepreneurial performance is not significant. After adding the intermediary variable of resource integration,the more social capital entrepreneurs have,the more they can directly improve the entrepreneurial performance,and the positive effect of performance is very stable.
