供应链视角下智慧物流模式发展策略选择

Development-Strategy Selection of Intelligent Logistics Mode from the Perspective of Supply Chain

在经济全球化以及信息全球化不断发展的时代,物流产业作为国民经济发展的支柱产业,必须加快转型发展与升级,以适应互联网时代的社会物流服务需求。目前,我国物流产业成本居高不下问题严重,已经成为阻碍我国物流产业进一步发展的重要因素。因此,探寻新型的物流发展模式意义重大。文章从供应链视角出发,以物流信息服务平台为基础,提出了供应链智慧物流模式的建设方案。同时,对供应链智慧物流典型模式--众包物流模式的优势以及特征进行分析,并根据我国物流产业的实际提出了向供应链智慧物流模式转型的具体策略。

In the era of continuous development of economic globalization and information globalization,logistics industry,as the core pillar industry of national economic development,also needs to transform,develop and upgrade to adapt to the social logistics service demand in the Internet era. At present,the high cost of China’s logistics industry is a serious problem,which has become an important restricting factor hindering the further development of China’s logistics industry. Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the new logistics development model. This paper starts from the perspective of supply chain,and based on logistics information service platform,gives the construction plan of supply-chain intelligent logistics mode. At the same time,the advantages and characteristics of the development mode of supply chain intelligent logistics are analyzed in the paper with the typical mode of supply-chain intelligent logistics,like crowdsourcing logistics mode,and specific strategies for the transformation of supply chain intelligent logistics mode are provided according to the actual development situation of China’s logistics industry.
