摘要
目前,郑州、西安等拥有国家层面临空经济区的内陆节点城市都已经获批自由贸易试验区,这些城市面临着如何实现临空经济与自贸区联动发展、共同促进内陆地区对外开放新高地建设的新挑战。"自贸区+临空经济"模式正在发展成为我国内陆自贸区联外带内、提升竞争力的重要手段,也成为当前理论研究的重要课题和实践中的难点。通过梳理临空经济理论及自贸区实践模式,文章总结了临空经济的内涵、形成演化机理、临空产业集聚机制及其对内陆地区的经济升级带动作用,评析了我国自贸区现状、功能及实践发展模式。结论认为,临空经济与自贸区共同具有开放型经济和枢纽型经济的特征,构成了两者联动发展的基础。自贸区与临空经济相结合能够整合全球资源,形成一个价值巨大的世界联结点,催生新的经济增长点,推动内陆地区新兴经济形态发展。
At present,Zhengzhou,Xi’an and other inland node cities with national level airborne economic zones have been approved free trade zones,These cities are facing the new challenges of how to realize the development of air-borne economy and FTA,and jointly promote the construction of new Highlands of opening to the outside world in the inland region."Free Trade Zone + Airport Economy" model is developing into an important means to enhance competitiveness of China’s inland free trade zones,and it has also become an important topic in current theoretical research and a difficult point in practice. By combing the theory of airport economy and the practice mode of FTA,the connotation,formation and evolution mechanism of airport economy,the mechanism of airport industry agglomeration and its driving role in upgrading inland areas economy are summarized in the paper,and the current situation,functions and practical development mode of FTA in China are evaluated. The conclusion of the research is that airport economy and FTA share the characteristics of open economy and pivotal economy,which constitute the basis for their joint development. The combination of FTA and airport economy can integrate global resources,form a world connection point of great value,promote new economic growth and promote the development of new economic forms in inland areas.
