基于物联网的化工园区封闭化智慧管理平台研究

Research on Closed Intelligent Management Platform of Chemical Industry Park Based on Internet of Things

近年来化工园区得到了快速发展,但是在化工园区的封闭管理与信息化建设方面还相对落后,如何建立一套高效安全的综合管理平台来保证化工园区的健康可持续发展是一个重要课题方向。本文构建了基于物联网技术的化工园区封闭化智慧管理平台,以智能化监控和周界围网为辅助设施,并辅以卡口道闸、传感终端、人脸识别、危险品源监测预警、应急指挥调度等,从而实现对封闭化工园区安全生产管理的实时预警、统一管控和综合决策。

Chemical Industry Parks are growing rapidly in recent years,but they are relatively backward in the closed management and information construction.How to establish an efficient and safe integrated management platform to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of Chemical Industry Parks will be the direction and subject of future research.This paper constructs a closed intelligent management platform for Chemical Industry Parks based on Internet of things,with intelligent monitoring and perimeter fence as auxiliary facilities,supplemented by bayonet gates,sensing terminals,face recognition,and monitoring of dangerous goods sources,emergency command and dispatch,etc.thereby realizing real-time warning,unified management and control,and comprehensive decision-making for the safety production management of closed Chemical Industry Parks.
