摘要
本文探讨假定学生因心理或思想问题主动向老师寻求咨询时相关教师或工作人员应如何运用NLP教练技术的方法与理念帮助学生寻求解决方案。本文运用NLP教练技术对会谈的规划、处理方法和评估测评工具等,以行动导向处理来访学生的心理问题,强调充分发掘来访者的正向力量和优势解决问题。本文提供了2个实施案例以具体说明NLP教练技术在提升学生心理品质中的应用价值和现实意义。
This paper researches on how to use NLP coaching techniques to help students cope with their mental crisis and psychological problems when they seek consultancies from relevant teachers and staff. NLP techniques manage, deal with and evaluate the communication between students and teachers, offering a guidance in coping with students’ psychological problems. It focuses on stimulate the students’ positive energy and problem-solving abilities. Two sample cases are provided in demonstrating how NLP techniques can improve the students’ psychological health.
