科技人力资源共享绩效评价策略研究：基于QFD模型的分析

Study on Evaluation Strategies for Scientific and Technological Human Resources Sharing Performance :Based on the Analysis through QFD Model

质量功能展开(QFD)是基于顾客需求的产品设计方法,本文以科技员工为样本,将QFD技术引入科技人力资源共享绩效评价设计中,以科技人力资源共享需求为出发点,通过质量屋设计与模块配置的矩阵转换,将员工需求转化为控制策略,证明了QFD模型在评价策略中的有效应用。实现了科技人力资源共享需求和共享绩效评价策略有效对接,最后对具体实施科技人力资源共享绩效评价提出了一些有益建议。

Quality function deployment(QFD)is a product design method based on customers'needs.This paper takes scientific and technological employees as an example,introducing the QFD technology into the design of scientific and technological human resources sharing performance evaluation.It puts the demands on scientific and technological human resources sharing as a starting point,converting the demands on employee into the controlling strategy through the matrix transformation of quality house design and module configuration,proving that there is an effect application of QFD Model in the evaluation strategy and realizing the effective conversion between scientific and technological employees’demands and human resources sharing performance evaluation.Finally,some useful suggestions has been proposed on the implementation of the human resources sharing performance evaluation for scientific and technological employees.
