包头地区高校在校大学生过敏性鼻炎患病情况调查

Investigation on the prevalence of allergic rhinitis among college students in Baotou district

目的:调查包头地区高校在校大学生过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的患病情况。方法:选取2017年至2018年包头地区四所高校(包头医学院、内蒙古科技大学、包头师范学院、包头职业技术学院)1~3年级在校大学生为调查对象,通过网络问卷,进行整群抽样调查。结果:本次共发放问卷4800份,回收有效问卷4586份,17.88%的在校大学生患AR。AR患病率与性别、是否吸烟无显著性差异;来自牧区和城市的学生AR患病率明显高于农区;AR患者直系亲属及表亲的AR患病率明显高于非AR患者;AR患者对AR的了解程度高于非AR患者。结论:包头地区高校在校生的AR发病率较高,与在包头地区生活时长、遗传等因素有关。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of allergic rhinitis(AR)among college students in Baotou district.Methods:The students of grade 1-3 from 4 colleges and universities in Baotou district(Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology,Baotou Teachers’College,Baotou Vocational and Technical College)during the year of 2017 to 2018 were enrolled in this investigation,and cluster sample survey was conducted by online questionnaire.Results:A total of 4,800 questionnaires were issued and 4,586 valid questionnaires were recovered.17.88%of college students were suffering from AR;the prevalence of AR was not significantly different from gender and smoking in this study;the incidence of AR among student from pastoral and urban areas was significantly higher than that from agricultural areas;the prevalence of AR among immediate family members and cousins of AR students was significantly higher than that of non-AR students;the understanding of disease knowledge was distinctively different between AR and non-AR students.Conclusion:The incidence of AR is higher in Baotou college students,which is related to the long-term life in Baotou and genetic factors.
