大容量高转速涡流制动器的分析与设计

摘要 大容量高转速涡流制动器以其提供的较大的涡流制动力而广泛应用于轨道交通制动方面。本文采用子域法计算了制动器的涡流制动力解析式,在二维直线坐标系下建立解析模型,在其各子域内列写泊松方程,并结合求解域的边界条件求解得到感应板内涡流密度和磁密表达式,进而通过安培力公式计算得到涡流制动力解析式,并利用有限元仿真模型验证解析式的正确性。最后根据解析模型和仿真模型设计出高速下涡流制动实验平台。 Large capacity and high speed eddy current brake is widely used in braking of rail transit due to its large eddy current braking force. In this paper, the analytical formula of eddy current braking force is calculated by subdomain method. The analytical model is set up in 2 D coordinate system, taking the vector magnetic potential as variable, the Poisson equations in each subdomain of model are listed. And combining the boundary conditions between two adjacent subdomains, the magnetic density expressions in the air gap are obtained, then the expression of the eddy current braking force is also obtained. The results of finite-element confirm the validity of the analytical calculation. Finally, based on the analytical model and simulation model, an experimental platform for eddy current braking at high speed is designed.
