双定子盘式永磁同步发电机仿真及试验研究

摘要 盘式永磁同步发电机适于低速大转矩的场合,在风力发电领域具有较强的应用潜力。针对一台36槽30极的双定子盘式永磁同步发电机,采用有限元法对其空载气隙磁密、空载反电动势以及负载输出性能进行了仿真分析,对样机的气隙磁密、空载和负载的输出性能进行了试验测量。分析结果表明:最大气隙磁密的仿真值与测量值均较为接近,空载反电动势、负载输出电压的仿真波形与实测波形同样较为接近;在同一电阻负载下,发电机输出功率的计算误差为1.73%,仿真结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性。 The disc permanent magnet synchronous generator is suitable for low speed and high torque, and has strong application potential in the field of wind power generation. For a dual-stator disc permanent magnet synchronous generator with 36 slots and 30 poles, the finite element method is used to simulate the air-gap magnetic density, no-load back EMF and load output performance.The air gap magnetic density and output performance of no-load and load for the prototype were tested. The analysis results show that the simulated value of the maximum air gap magnetic density is close to the measured value, the simulated waveform of the no-load back EMF and the load output voltage are similar to the measured waveform. The calculation error of the generator output power is 1.73% under the same resistive load, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results for the disc permanent magnet synchronous generator.
