福建技术创新对高新技术产品出口影响的VAR模型分析

VAR Model Analysis of Impact of Fujian Technological Innovation on Export of High-tech Products

在创新驱动发展战略背景下,要想实现福建贸易竞争力的提升,需要思考技术创新带动贸易竞争力提升的新模式。在简述福建省贸易竞争力和技术创新的概况的基础上,进一步运用1995-2017年福建省技术创新投入经费和高新技术产品出口的数据进行VAR模型估计和协整分析,重点研究技术创新因素和福建外贸竞争力之间的相互作用关系。结果显示福建省技术创新中研发投入和高新技术产品出口之间有着长期互相作用的关系,针对以上结论,提出了对福建省贸易竞争力提升的几点建议。

Under the background of innovation driven development strategy,in order to achieve the improvement of Fujian's trade competitiveness,it is necessary to consider the new mode of technological innovation to promote trade competitiveness.Taking Fujian province as an example,this paper briefly describes the general situation of trade competitiveness and technological innovation in Fujian province.Furthermore,the VAR model estimation and co-integration analysis were conducted with the data of Fijian province's technological innovation input funds and high-tech product export from 1997 to 2017,focusing on the interaction between technological innovation factors and Fujian's foreign trade competitiveness.The results show that there is a long-term interaction between r&d investment and high-tech product export in technological innovation in Fujian province.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on improving the trade competitiveness of Fujian province.
