This paper introduces the situation of library users'personal information risk from the perspective of the development of the library's own business and the intervention of the third party.It analyzes the dilemma faced by users'personal information protection and proposes the countermeasures for users'personal information protection:laws and regulations.The improvement of the industry,the strengthening of self-discipline in the industry,the formulation of personal information protection policies,the application of modern technology,the improvement of users'personal information protection capabilities,and the constraints of third-party subjects.
