大学生涉足非法网络借贷的警示教育机制探析

随着社会的发展与变化,大学生的价值观、人生观及消费观较过去的年轻人有了较大的变化,在校期间涉足非法网络借贷的学生群体增量较大,给学生、家庭、学校均造成了较为严重的影响,甚至引发了一系列社会问题。有效加强法制教育与金融教育,强化意识形态教育,构建家庭、学校、社会的健康发展命运共同体,切实加强大学生涉足非法网络借贷的警示教育机制研究,充分认识新时期非法网络借贷的发展变化,创新设计并实证研究构建集网络借贷安全协议制度、家校共管制度、专题教育制度、新媒体宣传制度、案例分享制度、检举报告制度、问责查处制度及专题研究制度的“八位一体”新型警示教育机制,具有很强的学术研究价值与应用推广价值。

with the change and development of the society,students'values,outlook on life and consumption compared with the past,young people have great changes,during the period of school of illicit network lending students increment is bigger,to students,families,schools and have caused serious influence,and even triggered a series of social problems.Effectively strengthen the education of legal system and financial education,strengthen ideological education,build the healthy development of family,school,social fate community,strengthen the students involved in illegal network borrowing warning education mechanism research,fully understand the development and change of illegal lending network in the new period,innovative design and empirical research to build the system of lending to set the network security protocol,parent-school condominium system,special education system,new media propaganda system,case sharing system,report report system,systems of accountability is investigated and the research of the“eight”new warning education mechanism,has the strong promotion of the academic research value and application value.
