摘要
天然气发电厂面对的竞争压力之一是燃气轮机技术被国外垄断造成的热端部件费用高昂。为尽快改变这一局面,按照从静止件向转动件有序推进的既定规划,率先在国内开展了燃气轮机尾筒密封件首轮国产化制造技术研究与挂机实验。基于运行维护体验,简述了尾筒密封件延寿修理与制造国产化的必要性,提出了军民融合的技术开发路线,分析了国产化制造技术开发的难点。基于航空发动机制造经验,在对比分析原型结构的基础上,用国产材料替代进口材料,用拆分与组合方法取代了整体锻铸技术,完成了样品试制。运用挂机实验方法检证国产化制造研究成果,取得了安全运行5个月但未满足一个完整检修周期的实绩。研究表明:重型燃气轮机制造技术与航空发动机制造技术虽有共性,但差异更为显著,尤需重视。研究结果揭示了国内与国外燃气轮机先进制造技术的真实差距,这些经验可为下一轮持续创新提供借鉴,也能给国家层面的燃气轮机国产化提供参考。
One of competition pressure of the gas power plants is a monopoly of gas turbine technology resulting in an expensive HGPP.In order to change this situation as soon as possible and orderly advance established domestic planning from stationary parts to rotating parts,a first-run research and experiment on domestic manufacture and hanging machine of the transition piece outlet seals of the gas turbine were carried out in China.On the basis of operation and maintenance experiences,this paper describes necessity of lifetime extension repair and manufacture domestication of transition piece outlet seals,puts forward the development route of military and civilian integration technology,and analyzes difficulties of nationalized production technology.Based on experience of aero-engine manufacturing and comparative analysis of prototype structure,sample trial production was completed by substituting homemade materials for imported materials and replacing the integral forging technology by split and combination methods.By means of the experiment on hanging machine,the research results of domestic manufacture were verified,and the result of safe operation for 5 months but not meeting a complete maintenance cycle was obtained.The research shows that although the manufacturing technologies of heavy-duty gas turbine and aero-engine have some common gender,the differences are more significant,which should be paid more attention.The research results also reveal the real gap between domestic and foreign advanced gas turbine manufacturing technologies.These experiences can provide references for the next round of continuous innovation,as well as for the national-level localization of gas turbines.
