取消木材经营加工行政许可后安徽省事中事后监管成效分析

Effect Analysis on Supervision during and after the Event after Cancellation of Administrative Licensing for Timber Businessin Anhui Province

2017年,国务院下发《国务院关于取消一批行政许可事项的决定》,明确取消木材经营加工行政许可事项。两年来,安徽省在严格贯彻落实国务院文件精神的同时,结合本省实际及时对木材经营加工行政许可事项取消后事中事后进行监管。本文通过开展专题调研,掌握取消木材经营加工行政许可后安徽省事中事后监管现状,对监管成效进行分析,针对性提出解决途径与合理建议,为林业行政主管部门决策提供参考。

In 2017,The Decision of the State Council on the Cancellation of a Number of Administrative Licensing Items was issued announcing cancellation of the administrative licensing item for timber trading and processing.In the past two years,the spirit of the State Council policy has been strictly implemented in Anhui Province and based on actualities,supervision during and after the event regarding timber trading and processing has been timely carried out.In this paper,a special survey was made to understand the actualities of supervision during and after the event after cancellation of administrative licensing for timber trading and processing in the province and the supervision effects were analyzed.Some targeted solutions and rational suggestions were put forward so as to provide decision reference for forestry administrative departments concerned.
