合肥市林长制改革探索

Exploration on Reform of the Forest Supervisor System

2017年6月,合肥市在安徽省率先启动林长制改革。两年多来,合肥市不断探索创新,在资源保护、增绿增效、产业发展、项目推进和资金投入上取得了明显成效。在改革创新中,合肥市注重打好“一二三四五”组合拳,即提高一个认识、坚持两个规划、突出三个建设、统筹四个组合、建立五个机制,深入推进林长制改革,为安徽省推行林长制提供了先行示范。

In June,2017,Hefei City took the lead in initiating reform of the forest supervisor system in Anhui Province.With constant exploration and innovation,remarkable achievements have been made in more than two years in resources conservation,increase of green and efficiency,industrial development,project promotion and funding.In the course of exploration and innovation practice,a set of comprehensive measures called"one-two-three-four-five"have been effectively taken in Hefei City including deepening one understanding,adhering to two plans,highlighting three constructions,coordinating four combinations and establishing five mechanisms,so as to further promote reform of the forest supervisor system and provide a first demonstration for promoting the forest supervisor system in Anhui Province.
