蛋白激酶CK2β及抑癌基因蛋白P53在卵巢癌组织中的表达研究

Expression of protein kinase CK2 and tumor suppressor gene protein P53 in ovarian cancer tissues

目的探讨蛋白激酶CK2β及抑癌基因蛋白P53在卵巢癌组织中的表达。方法选取100例卵巢癌患者,应用免疫组化法对蛋白激酶CK2β及抑癌基因蛋白P53在卵巢癌组织中的表达进行检测,并对病理参数与CK2β表达相关性和病理参数与P53表达相关性进行分析。结果化疗敏感性、临床分期、CA125水平、组织分化程度和CK2β的表达情况均有关(均P<0.05),化疗敏感性、临床分期、CA125水平、组织分化程度和P53表达情况均有关(均P<0.05)。结论化疗敏感性、临床分期、CA125水平、组织分化程度与蛋白激酶CK2β及抑癌基因蛋白P53表达存在相关性,并且与卵巢癌组织具有非常紧密的联系。

Objective To investigate the expression of protein kinase CK2 and tumor suppressor gene protein P53 in ovarian cancer tissues.Methods One hundred cases of ovarian cancer patients were selected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of protein kinase CK2 and tumor suppressor gene protein P53 in ovarian cancer tissues,and the correlation between pathological parameters,CK2 expression and pathological parameters and P53 expression was analyzed.Results There were significant correlations between chemotherapeutic sensitivity,clinical stage,CA125 level,tissue differentiation and CK2(all P<0.05).There were significant correlations between chemotherapy sensitivity,clinical stage,CA125 level,tissue differentiation and P53 expression(all P<0.05).Conclusions Chemotherapeutic sensitivity,clinical staging,CA125 level and tissue differentiation are correlated with the expression of protein kinase CK2 and tumor suppressor gene protein P53.
