摘要
调查我国北京西部百花山国家级自然保护区寄蝇科昆虫资源,对该地区寄蝇科昆虫进行物种多样性分析和区系分析,提供了已知种的寄主。基于马氏网共采集到寄蝇科昆虫240头,采用比较形态分类方法,整理鉴定出4亚科17族46属68种,分别占中国已知40族、280属和1252种的42.5%、16.43%和5.43%。其中湿地长唇寄蝇Siphona paludosa、阔长唇寄蝇S.foliacea、裸等鬃寄蝇Peribaea glabra、金龟长喙寄蝇Prosena siberita种群数量明显多于其他种类,为该区域森林灌丛生态系统中寄蝇群落的优势种群。该保护区寄蝇科物种多样性较高,多样性指数在属级水平和种级水平分别为3.61和3.49,优势度指数在属级和种级水平分别为15.22%和32.93%。该地区寄蝇区系主要组成有23古北界种,38种古北、东洋两界共有种,另有8中国特有种。发现2中国新纪录属:瘦腹寄蝇属Gastrolepta(Rondani,1862),腹寄蝇属Cistogaster(Latreille,1829);2中国新纪录种:黑瘦腹寄蝇Gastrolepta anthracina(Meigen,1826),胸带棘寄蝇Phytomyptera zonella(Zetterstedt,1844),给出其主要鉴别特征和外形照片。
Investigating the biodiversity and fauna of Tachinidae(Diptera)in Baihuashan National Nature Reserve of Beijing,China.The tachinid species diversity and fauna there were analyzed,240 tachinid specimens were collected by Malaise trap,and were examined and classified by comparative morphology.And their known hosts of the species were also provided.Results:68 species,46 genera,17 tribes of 4 subfamilies of Tachinidae were recognized,were respectively 42.5%tribes,16.43%genera,5.43%species of China.Four species,Siphona paludosa,S.foliacea,Peribaea glabra and Prosena siberita were dominated species among forest and shrub ecological systems of Baihuashan.The species diversity of Tachinidae in this reserve was relatively high,the diversity index at the level of genus and species were 3.61 and 3.49 respectively,and the dominance index at the level of genus and species being 15.22%and 32.93%respectively.The fauna of its tachinid flies were dominated by 23 Palaearctic species and 38 common Palaearctic-Oriental species,and 8 Chinese endemic species.Two genera[Gastrolepta(Rondani,1862);Cistogaster(Latreille,1829)]and two species[Gastrolepta anthracina(Meigen,1826);Phytomyptera zonella(Zetterstedt,1844)]were newly recorded in China and their diagnosis and photos are provided.
