阐述施工进度控制在建筑施工企业工程项目管理中的重要性,简要分析了施工进度控制建立在传统项目管理方法基础之上的系统管理方法应用中:进度计划系统、多方案比选和优选、动态控制三个方面上存在的问题,提出了相应施工进度控制系统管理的对策。

This paper explains the importance of construction progress control in project management of construction enterprises,and briefly analyzes the application of system management method based on traditional project management method:problems in the three aspects of progress schedule system,multi-program comparison and optimization,and dynamic Control,and puts forward the countermeasures for the management of the construction progress control system.
