长期以来,国内建筑咨询服务业一直存在发育不良的情况,业务水平良莠不齐、建设模式与国际不兼容、竞争力较弱,为完善我国工程建设模式,全过程工程咨询的推行得到了国家层面的广泛重视,本文首先针对我国全过程工程咨询行业发展环境展开了分析,明确了其政策优势与市场优势,其后探讨了全过程工程咨询主导者的选择,明确了基于设计院主导的全过程工程咨询优势,并针对落地问题提出了相关建议。

For a long time,the domestic construction consulting service industry has always had poor development,the business level is uneven,the construction mode is incompatible with the international mode,and the competitiveness is weak.To improve China's engineering construction mode,the implementation of the whole process engineering consulting has been received extensive attention at the national level.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development environment of the whole process engineering consulting industry in China,and clarifies its policy advantages and market advantages,then discusses the choice of the whole process engineering consulting leader and clarifies advantages of the whole process based on the design institute leading,and proposes suggestions for landing issues.
