摘要
本文以新疆阿尔塔什右岸建筑物工程为例,从工程投标、策划、实施和完工阶段对工程成本管理进行梳理,根据不同时期采取相应成本管理方法,有很强的操作性和使用性;本文重点从工程投标阶段和实施过程中,如何降低成本、控制风险等方面采取的措施进行举例,对规范企业成本管理、增加企业利润和企业后续良性可持续发展,有一定的参考作用。
This paper takes the construction project of the right bank of Altash in Xinjiang as an example,sorts out the project cost management from the stage of project bidding,planning,implementation and completion.According to different periods,the corresponding cost management method is adopted,which has strong operability and usability.This paper focuses on the measures to reduce costs and control risks taken in the aspects of project bidding and implementation,which has certain reference functions for standardizing enterprise cost management,increasing corporate profits and following the benign sustainable development of enterprises.
