山东省知识产权发展状况分析——基于《2018年中国知识产权发展状况评价报告》

Analysis of the Development Status of Intellectual Property in Shandong Province:Based on the "Evaluation Report on the Development of China’s Intellectual Property Rights in 2018"

基于《2018年中国知识产权发展状况评价报告》,分析山东省知识产权发展状况,结果表明,2018年山东省知识产权综合发展状况较上年提升较大,近10年来首次超过浙江进入第一梯队,与先进省份相比优势不足:从4个一级指标来看山东省优势在于“运用”和“环境”这两个指标;从11个二级指标看山东优势在于“创造/数量”“环境/制度”这两个指标,而“创效/效率”“保护/效果”这两个指标弱势明显。

Based on the"Evaluation Report on the Development of China's Intellectual Property Rights in 2018",the paper analyzes the development of intellectual property rights in Shandong Province.The results show that the comprehensive development of intellectual property rights in Shandong Province in 2018 has been greatly improved compared with the previous year,and it has surpassed Zhejiang and entered to the one echelon for the first time in the past 10 years and has insufficient advantages compared with advanced provinces:from the four first-level indicators,Shandong Province has the advantages of"utilization"and"environment";from 11 secondary indicators,Shandong's advantage lies in"creation/quantity"and"environment/institution"and the two indicators of"efficiency/efficiency"and"protection/effect"are weak.
