基于QFD的老年公寓服务策略改善研究

随着人口老龄化社会形势的加剧,老年群体成为一个庞大的社会群体。老年人对生活需求不断提高,老年公寓则成为近年来老年群体提高生活品质的重要途径之一。本文的研究意义在于应用QFD的方法理论建立质量屋模型去发掘老年人对老年公寓的关注需要,提高老年公寓服务的质量和老年人对老年公寓服务的满意度,为老年公寓的服务策略改善提出相应的意见和建议,有助于老年公寓满足更多老年群体。以攀枝花市某大型老年公寓为例验证模型的有效性。

With the aggravation of the aging social situation,the elderly group has become a huge social group.In recent years,apartment for the elderly has become one of the important ways to improve the quality of life for the elderly.The research significance of this paper is to use QFD method theory to establish the house of quality model to explore the needs of the elderly for the elderly apartments,improve the quality of the elderly apartment services and the elderly's satisfaction with the elderly apartment services,and put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions for the improvement of the service strategies of the elderly apartments,which will help the elderly apartments to meet more elderly groups.A large-scale apartment for the elderly in Panzhihua is taken as an example to verify the validity of the model.
