Analysis on the Management of New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain:Taking Tesla Electric Vehicle as an Example

近年来,环境问题逐渐成为汽车业生产和创新的重要驱动因素,传统的汽车制造业给生存环境带来沉重负担,使政府后期花费巨大的经济开支去治理所产生的环境问题,所以国家通过大力发展新能源,节约传统能源来改善现有的环境问题。本文以特斯拉电动车为例,分析特斯拉电动车所代表的新能源汽车产业的供应链管理,同时对特斯拉电动车供应链总结出优化方案。

In recent years,environmental problems have gradually become an important driving factor for the production and innovation of the automobile industry.The traditional automobile manufacturing industry has placed a heavy burden on the living environment,and the government has spent huge economic expenditures to manage the environmental problems.Therefore,the state improves its existing environmental problems by vigorously developing new energy sources and saving traditional energy.This article takes the Tesla electric vehicle as an example to analyze the supply chain management of the new energy automobile industry represented by Tesla electric vehicles,and summarizes the optimization plan for the Tesla electric vehicle supply chain.
