摘要
为了提高三菱M701F4型二拖一联合循环机组联合循环效率,文章研究采用数据挖掘、数据分析、参数修正的方式,实时计算联合循环燃机最优负荷偏置。其中,在数据挖掘过程中,自创了OSI-PI数据的高效获取算法;数据分析过程中采用有效数据筛选算法;参数修正过程中采用根据时间段分析可摘除特殊节点的参数关系矩阵制作算法。该方法实现了联合循环机组经济效益、环保效益、安全性的多重提升。
To improve the Mitsubishi M701F4 gas turbine co-generation efficiency,a research basing on data mining,data analysis and coefficient refinement had been processed to build up a real-time optimized bias load computing model.In the progress of model creation,the self-designed OSI-PI data recognition algorithm,the active data filter and a matrix presenting the relationship between specific period of units running with life time performance had been applied.In the end,with the modification of optimized bias load model,gas turbine co-generation efficiency,environment protection performance and running security had been promoted.
