摘要
为保证南宁市亭洪路延长线上跨铁路立交工程跨河连续预应力箱梁施工,通过现场调查,考虑施工现场实际跨径和桥型的基础上,设计了一种由钻孔灌注桩、钢管支墩、加强型贝雷梁组成的跨河形式支架结构,并对其刚度、强度及稳定性进行检算。结果表明:在最不利工况的基础上,贝雷片、工字钢和钢管支墩等的最大挠度和应力等均小于容许值,跨河支架结构设计总体上合理,应用于现场施工。
In order to ensure the construction of cross-river continuous prestressed box girder of the railway interchange project across the extension line of Tinghong Road in Nanning City,through the on-site investigation,considering the actual span and bridge type of the construction site,a borehole perfusion design was designed.The cross-river support structure consisting of piles,steel pipe piers and reinforced Bailey beams is used to check the stiffness,strength and stability.The results show that:on the basis of the most unfavorable working conditions,the maximum deflection and stress of Bailey piece,I-beam and steel pipe pier are less than the allowable value,and the design of the structure of the bridge across the river is generally reasonable and applied to the site construction.
