商洛市人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展研究

Study on the Coordinated Development of Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization in Shangluo

以商洛市为例,构建人口-土地城镇化指标体系,根据协调发展模型计算商洛市2007-2016年人口城镇化和土地城镇化协调发展水平。结果表明,人口城镇化指数由2007年的0.1412增长到2016年的0.7312,土地城镇化指数由2007年的0.0963增长到2016年的0.7028,协调发展水平经历了失调、过渡和协调阶段。

Taking Shangluo as an example,a population-land urbanization indicators system was built.According to the coordination model,the data on the coordinated development of urbanization and land urbanization in Shangluo from 2007 to 2016 was calculated to study the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Shangluo City.The urbanization index of population increased from 0.1412 in 2007 to 0.7312 in 2016,and the urbanization index of land increased from 0.0963 in 2007 to 0.7028 in 2016.The level of coordinated development has gone through three stages of imbalance,transition and coordination.
