摘要
本文利用Ansys软件对烟片复烤机某一个箱体建立了网格模型,并对其风场进行分析。对网板长度3.5米和3.9米的两个尺寸进行对比。截取平面都选同一个位置的平面,分别在出口区域(挂叶片区域)截取与Y轴垂直的4个平米和网板的平面,来进行压强和速度的对比。得出导风网板长度变化及风机旋转转速对风场影响的变化趋势。
This paper uses Ansys software to build a mesh model for a box of tobacco reheating machine and analyze its wind field.The two dimensions of the stencil length of 3.5 meters and 3.9 meters are compared.The intercept planes are all selected at the same position,and the planes of the four square meters and the stencil perpendicular to the Y-axis are respectively intercepted in the exit area(the hanging blade area)to compare the pressure and the speed.The change trend of the length of the air guide stencil and the influence of the rotating speed of the wind turbine on the wind field are obtained.
