贵州省农业科技进步贡献率的测算与分析 被引量:1

Calculation and Analysis of Contribution Rate of Agricultural Technological Progress in Guizhou Province

摘要 基于2006—2016年的投入产出数据,运用索罗余值法对贵州省农业科技进步贡献率进行测算,并提出贵州省农业发展对策。研究结果表明:贵州省2006—2016年平均农业科技进步贡献率为43.39%,与2005年之前时期相比有较大提高,但是与全国同时期相比仍有差距,期间的农业科技进步贡献率呈现不稳定性变动,物质费用仍然是产出增长的重要影响因素,可以通过规模化经营,科技创新及科技成果转移转化,培育新型职业农民等措施促进贵州省农业技术进步。 Based on the input-output data from 2006 to 2016,the contribution rate of agricultural technology progress in Guizhou was calculated by using the Solow residual value method,and the Countermeasures of agricultural development in Guizhou province were put forward.The results show that the average contribution rate of agricultural technology progress in Guizhou province from 2006 to 2016 is 43.39%,which is greatly improved compared with that before 2005,but there is still a gap compared with the national period.The contribution rate of agricultural technology progress in each year is unstable and the material cost is still the important influence of the growth of output.It can promote agricultural technology progress in Guizhou province through scale management,scientific and technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the cultivation of new occupational farmers.
