智慧经济时代,大数据、互联网信息技术以及人工智能为区域经济发展赋能,加上科技创新驱动,国内各地区域经济的活力正日益迸发出勃勃生机。创新驱动正成为区域经济健康发展的重要引擎。因此,科学构建区域经济创新体系机制正成为确保当地经济跨跃式发展的重要基石。区域经济创新体系机制设计应从全局出发,以政府为主导,“上下一盘棋”,合理进行战略规划,规避各地一哄而上、重复建设所导致的恶性竞争和资源过度浪费问题。科学构建科创信息平台和科创成果交易中心,贯通从“需求→研发→应用转化”的区域经济创新体系产业生态系统,有效利用大数据信息技术,优化区域创新体系衡量指标体系,从而为区域经济的健康发展把脉助力。

In the era of intelligent economy,big data,internet information technology and artificial intelligence made domestic regional economy full of inexhaustible energy.And driven by scientific and technological innovation,the vitality of Chinese regional economy is increasingly bursting out.Innovation-driven is becoming an important engine for the healthy development of regional economy.So the scientific construction of the mechanism of regional economic innovation system is becoming an important cornerstone to ensure the local economy achieve leaping development.The mechanism of regional economic innovation system should be designed from the overall situation,taken government as the leading strength.Top-down should be looked as a board of chess to devise reasonable strategy planning.Regional government should avoid problems of cutthroat competition and the excessive waste of resources leading by herd mentality and repeated construction.Information platform of science and technological innovation and exchange centre for research results should be constructed scientifically to link up the ecological system of regional economic innovation system from“demand→R&D→application&transformation”.Therefore,we should effectively use big data information technology,optimize the measurement index system of regional innovation system,so as to help the healthy development of regional economy.
