1000MW超超临界锅炉无燃油等离子点火系统应用研究

摘要 本文对国华九江发电厂一期(2×1000 MW)工程超超临界锅炉无燃油等离子点火装置实际应用情况进行了探讨和论证。总结了等离子装置运行中电流、电压、载体风、冷却水、配风等参数的调整经验,指出等离子点火技术在应用中存在的配电室温度高、燃烧器壁温高、火焰强度调整、等离子磨煤机跳闸后磨内存煤处理等技术问题,并对问题进行分析、总结提出具体的解决措施,为同类型机组应用等离子点火技术提供参考。 This paper discusses and demonstrates the practical application of oil-free plasma ignition device for ultra-supercritical boiler in Guohua Jiujiang Power Plant Phase I(2*1000 MW).This paper summarizes the experience of adjusting the parameters of current,voltage,carrier air,cooling water and air distribution in the operation of plasma device,points out the technical problems existing in the application of plasma ignition technology,such as high temperature of distribution room,high wall temperature of burner,adjustment of flame intensity,coal treatment in grinding after tripping of plasma pulverizer,and advances the problems.Through analysis and summary,specific solutions are put forward to provide solutions for the application of plasma ignition technology in the same type of units.
