摘要 本文针对GE 9FA燃气轮机于高温环境启动在自持转速后发生的热悬挂现象,结合三个案例,通过翻看事件记录、调阅历史曲线、查阅相关文献,分析燃料控制过程等方式,展开原因查找,得出空气进气量不足、排烟温度高是热悬挂发生的主要原因,最终通过压气机水洗、调节压气机进口可转导叶IGV角度、在压气机进口加装冷却系统等方法解决问题,可为类似机组提供参考。 In view of the thermal suspension phenomenon of GE 9FA gas turbine starting in high temperature environment and occurring after self-rotating speed,combined with three cases,the fuel control process is analyzed by looking through event records,historical curves and relevant literature,and the reasons are found out.It is concluded that insufficient air intake and high exhaust temperature are the thermal suspension.The main causes of the occurrence are finally solved by means of compressor washing,adjusting the IGV angle of the compressor inlet guide vane,and installing cooling system at the compressor inlet,which can provide reference for similar units.
