浅析对AC380V供电客车电加热N线电流的改善

摘要 在客车配线改造过程中,通过对客车配线图的设计改造,发现部分车辆电加热布线存在缺陷,原有的布线方式会使电加热元件局部N线电流过大。虽然在原有布线方式中考虑到了电加热负载三相平衡的问题,但是在局部采用单相线并联多组电加热的方式会导致局部电加热N线电流过大。通过对电加热部分运用电路分析原理进行理论分析得到了解决办法,并且通过MATLAB仿真进行验证最后实践检验结果正确,电加热配线改造方式成功。 During the transformation process of passenger car wiring,through the design and modification of the bus wiring diagram of the passenger car,it was found that some of the electric heating wiring of the vehicle has defects.The original wiring method will make the local N line current of the electric heating element too large.Although the problem of three-phase balance of the electric heating load is considered in the original wiring mode,the partial electric heating method in which the single-phase line is connected in parallel causes the local electric heating N-line current to be excessive.Through the theoretical analysis of the electric heating part using the principle of circuit analysis,the solution was obtained,and the final test results were verified by MATLAB simulation,and the electric heating wiring transformation method was successful.
