平价上网时代背景下光伏项目发展的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and Challenges of PV Project Development under the Background of Cheap Internet Access

本文梳理了我国光伏发展阶段,分析了促成光伏平价上网的原因,提出了光伏投资由追求效益最高向追求度电成本最低转变和能源企业由单一能源生产企业向综合智慧能源服务商转型升级的应对措施,得出了光伏平价时代的到来既是项目发展工作的巨大挑战,也是转变能源发展思路升能源发展质量的有利契机,只要正确认识机遇与挑战,积极应对,将迎来更大发展。

Through the analysis of China’s PV parity policy,this paper sorts out the development stage of China’s photovoltaic industry,analyzes the reasons for promoting PV parity online,and proposes that PV investment will be transformed from the pursuit of the highest efficiency to the pursuit of the lowest electricity cost and the energy enterprise will be the single energy production enterprise.The response to the transformation and upgrading of integrated smart energy service providers has drawn that the arrival of the era of photovoltaic parity is not only a huge challenge for project development,but also a favorable opportunity to transform energy development ideas into energy development quality.As long as we correctly understand opportunities and challenges,we should respond positively.Will usher in greater development.
