摘要
使用非平衡磁控溅射技术,在钛合金表面制备TiC、TiCrC镀层。使用XRD、SEM、划痕实验、电化学和接触电阻分析了镀层的表面质量、耐蚀性能和接触电阻。结果表明:TiC镀层为TiC相,TiCrC镀层包含CrC相和TiC相;两种镀层表面致密,质量良好,膜基结合力强;两种碳化物镀层的腐蚀电流密度相较于钛合金基体均降低了1个数量级;在1.4 MPa压力下钛合金基体、TiCrC镀层和TiC镀层的接触电阻分别为60、16.5和20.9 mΩ·cm^2。
TiC and TiCrC coatings were prepared on the surface of titanium alloy by unbalanced magnetron sputtering method.The surface quality,corrosion resistance and contact resistance of coatings were analyzed by XRD,SEM,electrochemistry and contact resistance.The results showed that TiC coating was TiC phase,TiCrC coating comprised of CrC phase and TiC phase;the two coatings had compact surface,good quality and strong adhesion to the substrate;the corrosion current density of two carbide coatings was decreased by one order of magnitude compared with that of titanium alloy matrix.The contact resistance of titanium alloy matrix,TiCrC coating and TiC coating under 1.4 MPa pressure was 60 mΩ·cm ^2,16.5 mΩ·cm ^2 and 20.9 mΩ·cm ^2,respectively.
