摘要
采用曲线焊缝激光焊接不同厚度、不同品种钢板制作汽车车身可减轻汽车质量、简化冲压工序及提高生产率。然而,为确保焊接质量,曲线焊缝激光焊接汽车钢板必须采用专用夹具进行。设计、制造了某型汽车门板的曲线焊缝激光焊接专用夹具,主要由定位装置和夹紧机构(电磁铁)组成。采用该夹具试制了4890件汽车门板,该门板用1.4 mm厚和0.7 mm厚钢板激光焊接而成,有6条直线焊缝和5条曲线焊缝。检测结果表明:门板的合格率达到了99.8%,比行业平均水平(99.2%)高0.06%,能满足企业的生产效率要求。
That use of laser-welding different thickness or different varieties of steel plates into curved weld in manufacturing automobile body makes it possible to lighten automobile mass,to simplify stamping operation,and to increase productivity.To ensure the welding quality,however,the curved laser-welding automobile steel plates must be accomplished with the use of a special fixture.The fixture reserved for curved laser-welding a certain type of car door panel which consisted mainly of positioner and clamping mechanism(electromagnet)was designed and fabricated.A total of 4890 pieces of car door panels were trial-produced from 1.4-mm-thick and 0.7-mm-thick steel plates by the fixture and laser-welding technology.From the detected results it was seen that the weld comprised 6 straight seams and 5 curved seams,and that percentage of the door panels up to the standard was as large as 99.8%,being 0.06%higher than the average value of trade,and meeting productivity requirement of an enterprise.
