农业文化遗产保护与自然保护地体系建设

Conservation of Agricultural Heritage Systems and Construction of Natural Protected Area System

我国自然保护地内的社区发展与保护目标相协同是实现保护目标的重要方面。文章通过解读农业文化遗产概念、管理目标与资源管理特征,提出其对国家公园社区管理的意义。鉴于国家公园管理目标下传统利用区管理面临的社区发展和和生态保护的挑战,农业文化遗产动态保护、整体保护和适应性管理的管理理念可以为国家公园的本地社区管理提供参考。农业文化遗产地在自然保护地体系中的定位和管理也需要进一步研究和讨论。

Coordination of community development and conservation in natural protected areas is critical for the realisation of conservation objectives.This paper interpreted the concept,management objectives and resource management characteristics of the important agricultural heritage systems to match the demand of community management of the national parks.In view of the challenges of community development and ecological protection faced by traditional utilization area management with the goal of national park management,the management strategy of dynamic protection,overall protection and adaptive management of the important agricultural heritage systems can provide useful experience for local community management of national park.However,the positioning of the important agricultural heritage sites in the natural protected area system and the relevant management need further consideration.
